  • Please submit your thesis as a pdf file after obtaining approval from your academic advisor.
  • Files larger than 1 GB will not be accepted, so please reduce the resolution of images.
  • Be sure to check that the title of the thesis and the title of the cover page are the same as the title of the thesis delivered to you by e-mail.

Taking into consideration for the recent spread of COVID-19 infection, master’s thesis presentations this year will be held online via ZOOM in real-time.

The presentations may include confidential research such as those related to patents, etc., and we ask that the information obtained during the presentations be kept confidential.

If you wish to attend the presentations, please download the form from the following link, sign it, and send it to the email address listed below.

How to put a digital signature on NDA

In the NDA form, please indicate the desired presentation number(s) that you intend to participate based on the presentation program. The presentation numbers are indicated in the leftmost column.

Upon receipt of your email and confirmation of filled-in NDA form, we will send you relevant details of ZOOM.

Replace [at] with @ when sending your message.

*If you are a student at Saitama University, write your student ID number under 'Affiliation' field in the NDA form.
